Sally Stuck In The Snow - I have a female neighbor named Sally who I've seen around, but I've never actually met.  She's a fairly attractive woman in her 40's who lives alone and is always having some kind of problem with her crappy car.  Kay and I have talked about her because I said I wanted to find a way to get naked in front of her.  Kay likes to make fun of me because I don't know anything about cars and that would be the perfect way to get to know Sally.  However, one morning she was outside trying to get her car dislodged from the snow.  I could here her tires spinning as fast as they could as she tried to gun the engine to get out, but nothing was working.  I told Kay to go outside and ask her if she needed help dislodging it.  Kay got her to come inside with the promise that I could help.  It was mutually beneficial for me and Sally, I got some CFNM fun and she got her car out of the snow, courtesy of me.
